Instructions to Parents and Youth

The objective of Apple Day is to show appreciation to our community for support already shown; that the community further shows its support with a cash donation is a pleasant benefit. Another benefit is the promotion of Scouting in Brampton as a worthwhile endeavor for this community’s youth. These benefits can be ensured through the cooperation of all involved.
All participants will receive one point per shift worked. Any funds collected will be divided, with each point receiving an equal share. The number of points earned by a Group is dependent on the Group’s participation.
CONTROL SLIPS
· Control slips are used by the Apple Day Committee to determine how many points a Group is entitled to. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THESE BE FILLED OUT ACCURATELY.
· Only one adult per control slip, per shift will be counted.
· Depot Chair reserves the right to determine the validity of any Control Slip.
